The challenge is not finding it,

but finding the will to live it.

  1. True.

I guess it is as much a challenge of will to find the Truth as to possess constantly the will to live it. In fact, many don’t even go past the will to find it. (It is also true that many don’t even realise they have a will for such pursuits.) One’s ignorance is more precious to oneself than one’s will to transcend it. That is where the human existence is at the moment and the world is a clear picture of it. The great sage, poet and philosopher Sri Aurobindo said of this in his epic poem Savitri in one beautiful line:

The human mass lingers beneath the yoke.

    • Sadly, you are right. I no longer convey myself to the sleeping masses as they may choose on their own to seek what they will. This was a message to those who wake up but never get out of bed (metaphorically speaking).
Thanks for the link on Sri Aurobindo! That perked my interest to find out more. Have a great day Rex and thanks for sharing your wisdom!
