Based on a True Story

The only relevant truth of any story

is the result that it creates…. true story.

The Transformation of Population Control

Image

It is worthwhile to learn about Edward Bernays, especially if you are reaching for greater self-awareness.  He is the guy who wrote the book on propaganda, literally.  He worked with our government, cigarette companies, and many other entities to transform the way people thought when it came to buying products, ideas, and even values.  He developed his techniques on the structure of his uncle, Sigmund Freud, psychological research and theories.  This is why advertisement appeals to our desires of sex in extreme ways with unrelated products.  The most amazing thing about it is how well it works, even still to today.  Ever since his revolutionary technique was introduced to the masses, the world of consumerism has been kicked into an uncontrollable over drive.  Everybody feels the anxiety of needing more things that we don’t need, even when we are aware that we don’t need it.  It has transformed our sense to believe that is the way to happiness and social acceptance.

That was the first great impact these techniques had, but there is more.

Edward Bernays worked with our government during the cold war.  At that time, the government was trying to figure out what to do about the masses level of fear.  Bernays suggested that their fears could be encouraged and manipulated to have the desired effects.  This is why communism became an exploited fear in the 1950s.  It was used against Guatemala with the help of C.I.A. agent Howard Hunt, and Bernays’ own news company, The Middle American Information Bureau.  Once the people believed Guatemala to be a threatening communistic neighbor, the bombs could drop without internal opposition.

These methods are still being used today.  Our desires and fears are strings that are easily pulled.  I can’t figure out whether it is unrealized by the masses or just accepted as our way of doing business.  Most of my friends are content with being absorbed by television and video games.  When I try to talk to them about things that clearly matter more than staring at flashing pixels, they make condescending remarks and label me as “one of THOSE guys”.  Meanwhile, people are suffering in ways unimaginable due to our ignorance and or apathy.  This is what people mean when they say that many people are not awake or aware.  If you take offense to that, then it means that deep down you know it to be true in yourself, but your constructed identity is defending itself.  Most of us are just a result of manipulation, and that is a hard reality to swallow.

Medication for the Collective Psyche

Image

Sometimes i think we already know what is going to happen, we just don’t admit it.

When considering the many states, regions, and internal conflicts of an individual mind, and considering what is self inflicted, we can see that the same applies on a collective scale and that we are collectively self inflicting this process by what we allow, nourish, believe, follow, support, etc., just the same way it happens internally with an individual.  The mind has many facets, all with purpose but it is the collective appropriation of all facets, whether perceived as good or bad that will create a healthy collective psyche.  We can enforce all the laws we want, but it is like psychiatric medication, it will do more harm than good on a potentially healthy mind.  The real law is what we mirror and reflect to each other, just like mirror neurons, which shows us where the true power lies.

The problem we face right now is that we are dependent on enforced laws/psychiatric medication to regulate our collective psyche to operate how we see fit.  We do not believe in ourselves.  We do not believe that we could become capable of becoming non-dependent.  This is addiction and it is extremely hard to overcome.

Insight, Outsight and the Art of Perspective Traveling

Image

Step outside of society and the constructed reality that confines us.  We can not see what we are inside of until we step outside of it.

A micro organism can not see if it’s environment is just a part of another larger organism by looking outward from within.  By perspective, it is nearly impossible to do so.  As humans, we have the same problem while we look out to space for answers.  The good news is; that is outsight and the limitations that apply to outsight do not have to apply to insight.  We can travel through empathy in order to gain new perspective and new insights.  Not only can we see through other known perspectives, but we can even see through unknown perspectives to some degree.  For example: We can imagine how we would perceive our world as if we were not from here.  All of the things which are normalized to us become fresh to our perception and we see, not as a citizen or member of society, but as a conscious being.

We have been inside, gainfully employed, educated and groomed since birth to be a part of this way of life.  Everything we perceive is through the lenses of our inherited perspective.  Everything perceivable reinforces and affirms this reality.  As long as our perspective is inside this bubble, it will be all that we know and we will be completely dependent on the managers to provide us with virtually everything we consume and believe in order to maintain this bubble of reality.  Our logic will be based on protecting this bubble and we will not empathize with any perspective that would potentially threaten it.

Understanding this difference in perspective allows us to gain awareness of our options and a truer sense of freedom.  In realizing that it has been a choice all along to maintain and support a constructed reality, we find many moral implications to the choices we have unknowingly made inside the bubble.  We may now truly see the logic in self empowerment and the confinement and moral repercussions of dependency.

In conclusion; our outsight is limited by our physical senses and capabilities while our insight is limited only by our own personal will power and empathy.  Using empathy we can step outside of any situation we may find ourselves in so that we can see ourselves from an objective perspective which is not wagering on anything, but only receiving clear unconditioned awareness.

Reverse the Effect

Image

How do you reverse the effects of deliberate mind conditioning? It is a process that is never complete. I am still working on my own. The first step is realizing the extent of the conditioning. Your ego and constructed identity will fight this process to protect the structure it created. You can temper the ego and identity by reminding it that it is not under attack, it is just getting some renovation. At the same time, be aware of what makes you offended and what actions you find yourself justifying. The ego can reveal parts of the structure that were built on false truths that require justifications to keep it together. Put away the justifications and watch how easily that part of the structure falls away. Now you have a clean slate to rebuild with greater awareness than you originally had. Repeat this process everyday in all aspects of your life no matter how big or small. You will only get better at this process so long as you are self reliant with courageous honesty.

Ascension Masters

Answers often die, never to be resurrected

Questions, on the other hand, must be ascension masters

Questions like Cockroaches

I am glad there are questions that refuse to die

How boring it would be without them

Choice and Result

Image

Free will is the ability/responsibility to choose.  It is not something that we have or have not, but something that is always there to varying degrees.  Choices are realized through awareness.  These choices are enabled or hindered by situational variables.  These situational variables are very much a product of choices made in the past.  The variable that determines the choices made is self awareness.  This is because most of what we choose is based on who we believe ourselves to be.  Think; “what would I do in any given situation” and you will see that it depends on who you understand yourself to be.  Therefore, it matters less to the well being of the situation, how many choices you have to choose from, than it does the ability to discern between those choices.  Focusing on self awareness seems to be the optimal way to bring about a collective existence which is capable of making better choices than our current model.

This process of awareness – self awareness – choice – result is much the same as a computer application that is designed to process data.  The application will become aware of the data, whatever the data may be, and process that data based on the programming of the application.  After the data has been processed, it will then become aware of the result of the processed data and continue the cycle.  One major difference between us and a computer application is that with ourselves, we can upgrade the application, as the application, with self awareness.  The problem is that our current applications are so busy and overwhelmed with processing corrupt data that it tries to upgrade and change the data to fit the application, which is backwards.  We must put our efforts into upgrading our application rather than blaming the current data which is a result of how the application has processed that data previously.

First there is a degree of awareness to the situation.  This awareness brings potential choices.  No choice is cared to be made until there is a degree of self awareness.  Then the choice is made which generates a result.  We become aware of this result and based on who we are, we make more choices which generate more results to be aware of.  If we are dissatisfied with the results, we must look within ourselves for the solution.

Awareness:  I see

Self Awareness:  I am

Choice:  I choose

Result:  I experience

Voids Are Not Containers

There is no sense in trying to fill a void.  Voids are not containers, they are gateways to travel through.

Power of the Internal

The power of what’s internal to effect what’s external is greater than the power of what’s external to effect what’s internal.
