Gift of Polarity

We do not rise without gravity.
We do not learn courage in the face of comfort.
We do not learn compassion in the absence of pain.
We are blind to our gifts by nature, and it is of no concern whether we realize it or not, for we will get all that we need.

Conditioning

We only experience the difference
Not the current state.
This is why conditioning is very effective.

In Motion

The object did not create the motion.
The motion created the object.
Therefore, all physics would be metaphysics to a clear perspective.

Transcending Finite

At what point does your spirituality transcend religion?
At what point does your wonder transcend philosophy?
At what point are the finite constructs shattered by the infinite forces which built them?

Growth Inverted

Internal growth is effortless because it is relieving the energy exerted to contain yourself.

Where to Live?

To live in thought is to perceive finitely

To live in sense is to perceive infinitely

Answers vs. Art

Thought is not simply a path to answering

our relatively relevant manifested questions.

Far more intricately, it is the negative space

lending contrast between our inner/outer worlds.

The goal is not to find correct answers

but to be empowered to paint the relative truths

in ways that invoke appreciation for the scope of view.

Art is the window to apply ourselves as creators

in the same way that we idealize our own creator.

Archetypes of Socializing

Reflecting on our understanding of socializing.

What do we generally think of when we say socializing?  We think of talking and interacting with one another.  But what is it that we are really doing from a broader, more objective angle?  The answer is in the definition:

1.  mix socially with others.  (this is what we generally think of)

2.  make someone behave in a way that is acceptable to their society.  (this is what we are actually doing)

Now think of the second definition in terms of macro and micro.  This is important because as soon as we think of socializing from the perspective of being a governing/control mechanism the perspective becomes reluctant to light up on the micro end of the spectrum.  Every word we speak to another person has the inevitable ability to influence them toward or away from one’s perspective, which can be called their personal society.   Now we can modify the second definition to fit a micro perspective of socializing:

2.  make someone behave in a way that is acceptable to their perspective.

This is not to negate the former second definition, but to shed light on both macro and micro perspectives of the word.  And being that the micro perspective is the one that effects us at a higher frequency, it seems to be more relevant to our general understanding.  Much of this may seem obvious but the point is to make it more conscious.

note:  Macro and Micro are always reversible due to relativity and perspective.  The governing/control mechanism perspective could be considered micro and the other macro.

There is also a flip side to this.  It does apply to one’s self as well.  We are the programmers of our own minds, though we demonstrate little awareness of this fact.  We may put something out there and if we receive affirming responses, that something will make it’s way into the more permanent seats of our perception of reality, even if we know that we influenced the response to our wishes through incentives or other tactics.

Now for the fun part.

Everyday self reflection with the micro understanding of socializing being an independent marketing campaign to spread your perspective to others and/or to influence/affirm your own.  And remember… Self image is the opposition to self reflection.  Enjoy!

Now is Never

We only experience the transition or movement of states, but we may never experience the current state.  Movement is the code of time and space and all that we can perceive here.

Now is a moment between memory and speculation.  It exists in a space that is nonexistent.  There is no time for now because all of the movement, which is time itself, will not stop in it’s path to rest a moment to allow there to be such a thing as now.  We are always becoming warmer or colder, older, taller, more tired, more energized, richer or poorer, happier or sadder, etc.  So, as much as we want to “be”, we can only “become” and all of the things/ideas we attach ourselves to will always come into reach for some time before going back out of reach at varying frequencies.  The moment when that attachment is halfway out the door feels completely different than the moment when that attachment is halfway in the door, even though, in that moment the state is the same, it is only the motion, the energy of the current state, that is relevant to our perception.  It is our attachments that create resistance to the motion which is interpreted as pain, fear and stress.
